This session provides a safe and non-judgemental space to let you inner child receive the love and recognition it never had and to empower your little one with unapologetic courage, bravery and sovereignty to step into your Highest Potential. #3rd session: CATHARSIS RELEASE RITUAL (90mins) Feeling like you have a lot of pent up, repressed emotions? Whether they are words unspoken, thoughts unexpressed, feelings unprocessed, this dynamic session gently encourages you to let it all out through active meditations and cathartic release practices, so that when you release what is stuck, you also make space for renewal, balance, inner peace and harmony.
